FAQs

Q: What size of photo print should I choose?

A: We currently offer A3 prints (29.7cm x 42cm) and A4 prints (21 x 29.7cm) for all the photos listed on the site, excluding panoramic shots and super-sized photos. To gauge an idea: A4 prints are the same size as an A4 piece of paper, whereas A3 prints are one inch larger than this all the way around the circumference.

Q: What type of paper do you print on?

A: We have three types of paper that we print on. Our standard prints are produced on high quality matte art-paper. Some people prefer this more natural matte finish on their pictures. For a small extra charge you can select your photo for a print on silk paper, which as the name suggests produces a more 'silky' of 'glossy' finish. Finally, for another small added charge, you may also choose a canvas print, which will produce a 'painted quality' when finished. We recommend a canvas finish for photographs that involve water, sunsets, vivid greens or a lot of colour. All options are available for every photo on the site from the drop-down price menu.

Q: How do I pay for the purchases?

A: All our payments are conducted through Paypal and you will be taken through to our StunningStills payment system on Paypal's site when you finish your order. But don't worry, you do not need a prior Paypal account to finish the order - you can simply continue to the checkout and use most major debit or credit cards.

Q: Is postage included?

A: No. Our prices do include packaging (a surrounding mount for easy framing and a cellophane wrap are provided for A3 and A4 prints, whilst panoramic prints are delivered in protective tubes with soft padding so that the picture does not mark). However, a small postage fee will be added on through Paypal (not through our site) once you finish your order, dependent on the cost of your selection.

Q: How long will it take for my photo(s) to arrive?

A: After we have taken your order we will print, mount and wrap your chosen photo(s) and send to your supplied address within a maximum of five working days.

Q: What are the panoramic and super-sized prints?

A: Our specialist panoramic photos are anywhere between 5 and 10 photos combined together and they come in two sizes: Standard (normal size) and Special (extra large). All panoramas are printed and delivered with a small white border around the edge so that the picture can easily encompass a mount when it is framed. Panoramic shots make a fantastic addition to a large space at home (e.g above a fireplace or in long hallway) or in an office.

Our supersized prints are very large limited-edition shots, which differ in size depending on the picture (our current supersize shot of Machu Picchu - see gallery - measures 84cm x 127cm). The shots are printed onto board for ease of showing and then "encapsulated" which encases the picture with a thin protective film or coat. This film is not visible to the eye.
